Ages and Stages

Rising Stars (Ages 7+)
During this stage, girls learn to develop confidence and the ability to problem-solve combining their uniqueness to confidently be the change. We mix fun and learning in cooking classes, crafts and beauty camps allowing HER
to express talents in a safe environment.
HER
potential and gifts are greater than her size because she was beautifully created to Rise.

Illuminators (Ages 13+)
Emerging from adolescence to teenager is exciting as they push to be confident and comfortable with who they are. Life is moving at a fast pace with outside influences from friends and social media at times making demands, questioning their beauty and self-worth, often being body shamed and compared to others who do not serve the important position of a positive role model. SHE SHALL BE
will help HER
tap into amazing talents identifying gifts, learning social etiquette, beauty and fashion tips, and fun activities that enhance spiritual growth.
She will be a leader and not a follower because she is fearfully and wonderfully made to Illuminate with confidence and be HER
best self.

Trailblazers (Ages 21+)
Women today are faced with many facets of responsibilities that often present life challenges; SHE SHALL BE
will offer resources to help navigate these challenges, transforming HER
from great to greater. She will spread HER
wings by focusing on the essentials of physical and mental health, increasing self-worth, self-respect, and self-confidence.
Trailblazers will walk away with Love, Wisdom, and Faith to catapult HER
to be the change.

Impact (Ages 60+)
SHE SHALL BE
provides a safe and nurturing space where women can share their wisdom, explore their faith, share testimonies, and support each other in their spiritual journeys. Whether through prayer or simple conversations, the Impact HER
community inspires women to continue growing in their faith and serve as pillars of strength for the younger women looking up to them. The community fosters an environment where women can build meaningful relationships, gain new perspectives, and share in each other’s joys and challenges.
Impact HER
shares experiences through love and faith; the community strives to uplift each other and ensure their legacy lives on.
“Since we find ourselves fashioned into all these excellently formed and marvelously functioning parts in Christ’s body, let’s just go ahead and be what we were made to be.” Romans 12:5 (Msg)

New beginnings
I am so excited about the fast that we are going on the sugar fast for 40 days I had been wanting to get closer to God in a lot of ways and I prayed about it and I asked God to lead me in the past to go well I've been 27 years clean from crack cocaine and I knew some of the things that I was doing was not right so I prayed and I said Lord I said I know how can I tell my grandkids or anybody else how to live and what's right and wrong when I'm not doing what's right so I prayed and I prayed and Christmas Eve my family had an event and it was dealing with drinking and smoking which I had been doing and I prayed and ask God to remove this from me so Christmas Day we supposed to have a big breakfast which we did and I did that but I left and I came to work for my client and when I returned I asked my son was he ready to go or if they wanted to stay they can stay if they wanted to just let me know and they can call me and I will return back to get there that day of Christmas was the last day that I had anything to drink or anything to smoke so as of this week I have not had any alcohol or smoked any marijuana for a month I've been getting closer to God we started a women's ministry which Cynthia Holman Tish Robinson Veronica Williams and Cheryl Lambert and Ernestine Brady is a part of and we've been studying out of a book called women of the Bible women of color and each week we meet every Friday night and we have set a goal that us ladies would talk about one of the women of the Bible on last week Cheryl talked about Rachel oh my God she just blessed our souls things that we think ourself we can't do when it comes to God God will lead us in that direction to do it so the next time we speak I'm going to speak on The virtuous woman Proverbs 31 so everybody studies and we have a prayer journal book devotional book that we have in it has different lessons in it that we are doing and also on Wednesday nights I do my Bible study but my cousin had invited me to be a part of their bible study on Tuesday nights and I started that about a month ago I was doing it and she goes on every morning as a commitment at 9:00 in the morning to 9:30 and they do a Bible study 365 days a year the pastor's name is pastor midi she said that the Lord put this on her spirit 30 years ago and it has been a blessing and it has drawn people closer so the commitment is that you have to be on this prayer Bible line every morning from 9:00 to 9:30 it is a commitment the only way you won't be on there you must be in the hospital or something that you can't be there for some reason it's a commitment I joined it on today which is the 22nd of January and I am so thankful that I am changing the changes that God has pulled me through to do things that is about him giving some of my time to him on Friday nights my husband's sister has a Bible study prayer line also so whenever I'm not with our women ministry and we don't have that going on I'm a part of it I was doing that so God is opening so many doors so I don't only serve him or think of him or give him some time on Sundays I do it everyday out of the week I open a book . So I come to realize that we have to let go and let God and I'm thankful for being a part of she shall be this is another door that he's open for me
