The FIT 2 FABULOUS HEALTHY LIVING transformation program is designed to raise nutrition awareness and motivate HER while delivering a positive change in how she sees herself.
Join She Shall Be in going green in the March challenge!
- Pray and stay motivated!
- Add greens or any vegetables to your daily meal plan.
- Observe and change to healthy eating.
- Be intentional to eat well.
- Incorporate 10 to 30-minute walks a day indoors or outdoors.
